Nursing Service in Bangladesh
I hope we are well. Right now I want to share with you a very important thought. Similar to the example: Nursing Service in Bangladesh. It is very important for us with everyday life. Because without services we never have a way to live in the right way. A nurse provide this service. A nurse is a health care provider. A skill nurse needs to have different educational qualifications. But there is a similarity between this differences. which is expressed in the workplace. A nurse at first earning doing a higher level educational qualification(HSC).
Then, a boy or girl who is interested in studying nursing. They are admitted to various government or private medical colleges in Bangladesh with their qualifying examinations. This course lasts for 3 to 4 years. These courses are divided into 3 sections.
Episode 1:
Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (A, N, M) You need to be at least 18 years old to apply for this one and a half to two year diploma course. You can apply for this position till the age of 35. You can apply for this job only if you pass the Higher Secondary with at least 45 percent marks as an educational qualification. However, if you want to get the opportunity in this course, you have to be physically fit enough. Because, you also have to pass a medical test after applying. Even though some institutes have separate entrance test rules, in many institutes merit list is prepared through higher secondary numbers and interviews. In this case, there is more system of learning manual work in practical class as compared to theory class.
Episode 2:
General Nursing and Midwifery(GNM) Age range from seventeen to thirty-five years. However, if you have already done ANM degree, then most of the institutions do not accept any age limit. Higher education should have 40 percent marks as an educational qualification. However, in this case, it is compulsory to study high school with your science. The total duration of this course is three and a half years. The last six months of the internship must be done from a hospital.
Episode 3:
B.Sc i.e. Bachelor of Science. This means that you must be a science student, even if you have at least a qualification of higher secondary with 45 percent marks. The duration of the course is four years. However, if you are a GNM, the duration of your post Basic B.Sc Nursing course will be reduced to two to three years. But to do this degree course you have to sit for the entrance exam.
These are common but there is more advanced training than that. Which are considered to be unimaginable successes in the world of nursing. However, in Bangladesh, more importance is given to these three issues. And in public and private hospitals skilled nurses are recruited in all these matters. At present, this service is not limited to hospitals only. A number of non-governmental organizations now provide in-home nursing services.
And it provides everything you need. Such as oxygen cylinder service etc. We are improving a lot over time. Development of our country's ecommerce sector. Etc. Considering the issue, it can be seen that everyone is getting their hospital services sitting at home. There are many problems and many irregularities.
